Pittsburgh-Area Restaurants & Local Favorites

One of the best ways to get to know a Pittsburgh neighborhood is to stop for a meal while you’re there. Where would you grab coffee before a morning commute, pick up dinner after work, or take friends when they come to visit?

Start with Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon, and Peters Township. Each guide gives you a place to begin, whether you have twenty minutes between home tours or a whole evening to explore.

Upper St. Clair

Stop at Siena at St. Clair for lunch at The Porch, or come back after your home tour for a glass of wine at one of the restaurants in the Galleria.

Mt. Lebanon

If you like to park once and explore on foot, start in Uptown along Washington Road. For a 2nd stop, try Beverly Road, where restaurants sit alongside neighborhood shops.

Peters Township

Pick up lunch from the hot bar at Heisler’s Market, or settle in for dinner at Atria’s on Washington Road. Both stops offer a taste of everyday life in Peters Township.
